Les instructions de l’hôte sont très claires. L’emplacement est extrêmement calme et facilement accessible en voiture. De plus, pour un pays qui est extrêmement cher, le prix reste relativement correct. Le jacuzzi est un petit plus ce qui est vraiment agréable, surtout l’emplacement et le style de bâtiment. We had a very great stay in Hafsteinns house and enjoyed the house and the surroundings very much. The house was well equipped with everything you need. We had a problem with the pool (the water pipe was frozen), but Hafsteinn reacted very quickly and send a plumber the next day to fix it. On the negative side, there is a bit of a lack of storage space for personal belongings and actually only one bedroom is an actually separated room, the other two "rooms" are open to the living area.

We had a beautiful stay, one couldn’t ask for a more picturesque setting. The host was super responsive and helpful. They even assisted us with a low tire. Great recommendations for local restaurants. We loved watching the horses out the window. Would definitely return if we were in the area again.

We loved our inaugural visit to Iceland and stay at Kristin’s summer house. Beds and living areas were comfortable and functional. While the hot tub isn’t jetted as we’re used to, a nice hot soak was so welcome after busy days sightseeing and hiking…and enjoying the midnight sun there and from the living room was really cool. We had everything we needed to put together meals and feel right at home.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Ring Road journey. It is located on a working horse farm so there are wide open spaces and beautiful horses surrounding the home. The place itself was very clean and by far the largest home we stayed at in Iceland. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and laundry room. Full working dryer and washer was a huge help to let us catch up on laundry! There are 2 houses nearby but we never saw anyone else nor heard them - very peaceful. Location is very convenient - under 10 minutes to Hveragerdi and 15 to Selfoss -- both of which offer plenty of options for grocery, restaurant, and fuel. It was about 50 minutes back into Reykjavik from here. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Great cabin at a great location, close to lots of nice sightseeing. The cabin itself feels very homey, and had lots to play with for our 1,5 yo old son. Agnes is a great host as well!

Our stay was perfect. The cabin was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances for a small kitchen. Eggert was quick to respond and check-in was easy and smooth. Great overall experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Linda was an absolutely amazing host, she was very responsive and always so polite. The house is gorgeous, it had everything you could need and was spotless! I would definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

The cabin was cute and charming! Love the decor and coziness. The view from the tub was amazing! It was so peaceful and serene.

We have enjoyed this place, very peaceful and perfectly situated to visit the Golden Circle sites. The housing is quite basic, but sufficient and very comfortable. We recommend this place.

Great location to get to the city, start the Golden Circle loop and begin the South Coast drive.

We spent a wonderful two days in Kristin's Selfoss home and had a great time! Kristin is extremely friendly and helpful, she responded to our every question quickly and with great information. The house's location is magical with a beautiful view of the river. It's very clean, close to attractions and conveniences, well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the kitchen and washer/dryer. Our stay here and Kristin served as an excellent introduction to Iceland and we're very grateful for that! Stay here, you won't regret it!

Le logement était très confortable, accueillant, chaleureux. Il dispose du strict nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Selfoss est une étape de notre voyage, mais nous y sommes restés 2 nuits car c'est très bien situé. Je vous conseille également la boulangerie qui est proche du logement. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs, et très agréables.

We enjoyed staying at Elsa’s place with the beautiful horses right outside the front door. Her home is well appointed and the kitchen is well supplied. Great place for family of four but a bit close for two couples although we weren’t there long and we made it work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you Elsa! Valerie Hanson

If you are looking to stay near the National Park and enjoy a private, incredibly quite relaxing trip, this is the most amazing choice. For us this home was the perfect space, incredible design, stunning views with impeccable lighting. We needed to rest and relax while exploring the vast landscape of Iceland and this was beyond perfect. We will absolutely be back.

It was a great spot to stay with my family after visiting nearby geothermal hot springs. I wish we could have stayed longer and gotten to visit with the horses, but we had to head out easy to head back to Reykjavik. It was still great to see them out in the field while enjoying my morning cup of coffee. What a pleasant surprise to see a coffee maker and coffee grounds for us in the morning!

We, My husband and our two adult children, enjoyed our stay in beautiful Iceland staying at Ernas place. The house is really clean and nice and it is fantastic to follow the daily chances of landscape from the livingroom room and the terrace. Erna and her sons helped us in connection with a few situations we could not resolve ourselves. Its er perfekt place because its located between the most worth-seeing attractions and you can easily plan your trips based on the weather forecast. The best recommendations Dorte and family

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben uns am Ende geärgert, dass wir nicht länger geblieben sind. Vor allem mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Natur, Vögel, Gänse und Pferde sowie der sehr ruhigen Lage ist die Wohnung ideal zum Entspannen oder als ruhigen Zwischenstopp.
