I came just for a concert at the O2, it was super easy to navigate, a fairly short trip by bus. Great location overal. The house is lovely and cozy, felt safe in the area too. Would stay again!

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

All around a great place. The area is really nice and is just far enough from the busy area to be nice and calm but also just close enough to busier areas that it is just a few minute walk to restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Would stay here again, great place.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

James place was so nice. Me and my partner stayed for a long weekend and it’s very relaxing. The finishes are modern with a classic feel to the house. James is very communicative and would love to stay again

Amazing location in an old town square steps from Green Park and the tube station. Buckingham Palace is just across the park. Place is very small, as in no room for any sort of seating other than the bed, but it's clean and it works as a place to retire to. Served as a good home base in the heart of London.

We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I think this might have been one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed before. The location was everything!! Restaurants, pubs, shopping, accessibility to public transport — it had everything. Anna and Jenifer were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I messaged them. helping me to get into the apartment a little early even. I got to control the temperature of the room, it had a very spacious bathroom and plenty of space to spread out and relax after a long day of walking/sightseeing. I loved it so much!! 5 out of 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—close to everything, especially the bus and train stations, and there was a lovely park right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too. The host was very communicative and easy to reach, always checking in to see if we needed anything. Apartment has everything for comfortable stay . We also appreciated that we were able to store our bags for a bit after checkout. Overall, a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Flat perfect for one person or a Couple. Only a few suggestions would be to supply laundry detergent few more amenities that would make the stay easier. The addition of a full length mirror would also be beneficial. The front window that can lots of light, however because it was right on the street, you felt very exposed

I did not have the pleasure to meet Beatrix in person, but she is very communicative and responsive online. The check-in and check-out instructions are extremely detailed, and I did not have any troubles. The room is not big (as described), but feels spacious enough for a solo traveler like me, with all the essentials. The Baker Street station, one of the oldest stations in London (built in 1863), is just 5min walk away, with easy access to multiple underground lines. Overall, for solo travelers on a budget, I would highly recommend this micro studio.

Ella is an amazing host - always so communicative, proactive and helpful! I absolutely loved staying at her place - it is very clean and cozy, everything is fully functional, looks exactly like the photos/description, and made me feel right at home for the last month and a half. The neighborhood is great and very accessible given both the Queensway and Bayswater stations are close, and also close to amazing parks and neighborhoods. Thank you Ella!

Lauren’s apartment was the best choice I made for when I was moving to London and wanted a place to get a footing. Her apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. It is close to two stations (around 10-12mins) so it is very convenient. There is a rail line but it did not bother me ever. The apartment has two layers of window panes so you hear it but it is not disturbing. The apartment building does not, like many period conversions, have a lift. So had to carry three big suitcases up! But that was once, which is fine. The apartment is good for max two people, it is quite compact and cute. Lauren is an excellent host! Great at communicating and sharing information. I highly recommend her apartment.

This is just a perfect little spot for a long or short visit in London- the neighborhood is impeccable (well, it's Mayfair after all) , it's an easy walk to 2 very connected tube stops, a short stroll to Green Park and Buckingham Palace, and well as Oxford Circus and SoHo. VERY central. Quiet, very secure and serene, beautifully set up and functional. It backs to a stunning little park, which is just wonderful and so very atmospheric. Qaiser was an impeccable host: cheerful, helpful and instantly responsive. It's is clear that he takes being a participating owner in AirBnb very seriously and truly wants the best experience for his guests. I will definitely come again. 5 Stars!

Richard is a very very kind person Huge part of our being happy for our London stay is Richard as he is ready to help you whenever you need. The flat is clean, cozy and suits for a family. Its location is gorgeous as Regent Park, Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Selfridges, Madame Tussauds, Marylebone High Street lots of restaurants and bars… All of them are walking distance You are at the bus stop in one minute and 5 minute far from the Baker Street Tube station You can get anywhere easily you need to go The building and the street has so many security cameras and our street is very secured, me and my 7 years old son stayed without any problem I recommend the flat to everybody especially for those who travels with their family The bed is very comfortable,the shower nice and hot I would absolutely recommend Richard as a host Thank you Richard for all your support, being so kind and helpful We will be back!

We stayed with our 8-month-old baby and everything went smoothly. The nearby parks were ideal for planning relaxed, baby-friendly days, and our little one felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
