Beautiful appartement

Mourad's place is located in a very quiet residential area with underground parking + elevator + 24-hour caretaker. During our stay, the road was fully paved so the reviews of other tenants indicating dented road is no longer relevant. You will find everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, linens, towels, cooking. We stayed for 18 days. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Mourad is very responsive despite jet lag with the United States. Usually respond within 1/2 hour. You can rent the property without any problem.

We had a great time with the family in this apartment located in the Urba 2000 residence in Algiers. The residence is very beautiful, quiet and above all very secure, which is really reassuring. The apartment is tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, and ideal for a few days in peace. A real little family cocoon. We highly recommend

with my family we had a great stay, we felt comfortable at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment was clean and the terrace huge, tt is close to lively neighborhood and surtt the most beach 2min walk. I really recommend it. The host is super attentive and responds if we need him.

The apartment has a lot of charm, it feels very comfortable, the decor is neat and in a period style while having all the necessary comforts. Parking is available nearby. The proximity of the metro, grocery store and neighborhood restaurant makes the stay easier. The mosque is also close by. Redouane's family welcomed us and was flexible with our arrival and departure. Great stay.

We decided to take this accommodation at the last minute, the host was very responsive and was flexible for the Check in which was done by his mom who is a person of immense kindness, she gave us good places to visit, and recommended restaurants that turned out to be excellent, she took the time to explain to us all the operation of the appliances. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. I recommend it without hesitation.

Nice place for short stay

Beautiful apartment in Staouleli. The decoration is done with taste. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Host Hana is very approachable, responsive and friendly. It was a pleasure connecting with her. The apartment makes you want to stay there. The views are great. There are 2 car locations. The city center is a 3mn drive, 10-15mn walk. The neighborhood is residential and secure. It may be necessary to do work in the bathroom and put a shower in place of the bath but it is a detail.

I arrived in Algiers at a late hour during the month of Ramadan, the host's mother, an exceptional woman put at my disposal food products for the hour, a rare gesture had deeply touched me. Mehdi is a respectful host, attentive, discreet, very responsive despite the distance. I will not know how to express my satisfaction, the most beautiful welcome of all my reservations on AirBnb. the accommodation is new, spacious, sunny, bright. comfortable, very well equipped. I would strongly recommend it. the neighborhood is secure as well as the residence.. my stay was perfect, From my arrival, I felt comfortable, I could even say at home. What I can say about Lamia’s place, the apartment was amazing you have all you need to relax and enjoy the holiday, the swimming pool was amazing with all the green staff around and the good thing is open 24/h so any time you want you can swim, the beach is 2 min by walk and you can have one of the best sea view from the lovely balcony, the staff in the reception are very friendly and ready to help anytime specially Joe he was very kind helpful and professional and he keep asking if I need anything thanks to them , I didn’t have the chance to meet Madame Lamia next time maybe 😊 I will recommended to all my friends and Family and anyone who want to have a relaxing holiday See you soon 🤞🤞

We had a wonderful stay with Mr. Ahmed and his wife. We were extremely welcome by our Host who was very attentive throughout our stay. The house is very clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. The outside is splendid, with a beautiful terrace as well as a beautiful pool without vis-à-vis. Naima is very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful better than the pictures. Everything at our disposal, not far from shops and others. Half an hour from Algiers. The pool was unfortunately not heated but we should have asked the question because the time does not always allow you to get into the water., and the neighbors above saw directly on the pool info all the same important to give.

Wonderful stay for our family of 5! The accommodation was large and spacious ( 2 floors) , with pool access. Impeccable cleanliness, in a peaceful and green environment. The owner is very attentive, available at any time , helpful, always in a good mood . Thanks for everything, we'll be back!
