Beautiful home! Loved staying here with my family. Amazing outside space and pool. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Everything sparkly clean. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

Luc's villa is very beautiful in a very quiet and panoramic area. The apartment is modern and rational with a beautiful kitchen, living room and the rooms are sufficiently spacious, not the very small bathrooms of the two rooms with single beds. Uncomfortable single toilets without a sink for Italians accustomed to the toilet in the bathroom and without bidets. Access to the apartment with 24 steps to go down not convenient for elderly people or mobility problems, another 20 steps to reach the beautiful pool with bathroom and shower service and full kitchen. We found this area not as clean as the pool that was basically left to our exclusive maintenance, we are owners of pools and therefore we have dealt with doing even more than necessary, but it does not seem fair and could generate disputes with the property. A disassembled and broken umbrella that cannot be used, so shade on the sun loungers only for three stations. There are no intimate wipes in the linen. Unsharpened kitchen knives. Parking is exclusively on the public street and therefore not protected. However, overall we had a very good time and the area is really nice with many possibilities of trips and beaches.

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

We came for a week's stay at Easter with our three children. Late check-in but no problem finding it. A small Easter basket was waiting for us. A booklet contains all directions to the home and activities. Very well thought out house, with all the necessities (fully equipped kitchen) and nicely decorated, impeccable cleanliness. The living room, all glass, allows you to fully enjoy the sunlight. The garden is perfect for children and is comfortably appointed. The accommodation is very well located, close to the shops and restaurants of Capte, 5 minutes walk from the beach. A real favorite. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Excellent stay in this very pleasant house to live in and with a magnificent view, including from inside the house. The house is as described and very well equipped (including products for cooking or cleaning). Even though we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Michael, the exchanges were very pleasant. We felt welcome with our animals and it's very appreciable. Possibility of walks from the house.

Patrick's lodge is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the activities and visits in the surrounding area. The place is off the road, you have the choice between a game of petanque, a nap in the hammock, a barbecue under the pergola, the frog concert in the moonlight, the jacuzzi under the stars and without limit, heated to your liking. Everything is thought out in detail. As for meals, the breakfast extras and platters are generous, high-quality and beautifully presented. The cleanliness is impeccable. Patrick is a friendly, attentive and discreet host who welcomes with commitment and passion. Our one-night getaway seemed too short🤭. Thank you very much Patrick, looking forward to renewing.

We had a wonderful family day at Christophe's! The house is superb and the amenities are excellent. The beach is close to the house, it's a real joy! We will come back for more time to enjoy the house and surroundings to the fullest. We look forward to seeing you again

I had a very nice stay at Maxime's. The apartment is small but has great charm. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and yet very quiet, located on a small, idyllic harbor. Communication with Maxime was excellent and the advance information was also very helpful, especially for the arrival and check-in. Thank you very much for that. I'd love to come back.

The view is exceptional and the accommodation is very cute, consistent with the description. The kitchen is very well equipped. Having a parking space is more than appreciated. The gate that allows access to the beach or the port on foot as well. Anaïs gave us some great tips. Please note that sheets are optional... All that's missing is the wifi!

we are 5 former colleagues who celebrated our 20 years of training agency director in the Amandine rental the accommodation is very well decorated with great taste and attention to detail. the garden is always just splendid🥰🥰🥰 Amandine welcomed us with great kindness and let us arrive a little earlier and leave later so we can make the most of our stay. For my part, I slept in the tent, it was tastefully decorated, very convenient with a very comfortable mattress. I slept to perfection. On top of all that, the accommodation is a few meters from the sea and a nice walk on the coast. A big thank you to Laetitia and Gonzague for entrusting us with their home. This is the third time we've stayed there and we're still happy. It is very pleasant to live in, bright and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal, since we go to the beach on foot and the two paddles provided are a big plus! The big positive point is the terrace in the garden that allowed us to have lunch in the shade of the trees and not suffer from the heat, despite a very sunny day. The proximity of the road meant that we heard the noise of cars but it was very quickly forgotten. Gonzague did not hesitate to give us good ideas to discover the surroundings. Arrival and departure are very convenient since we leave the keys in a key box. Board games and books in the house allow you to spend good evenings with the family. Warm and deeply kind couple. We will be happy to come back ❤️❤️❤️

This home is beautiful inside and out! Great location, gated community, and beautiful views. The host Agathe was very friendly, quick to respond, and provided lots of great local recommendations for just about anything you would need. As the home is located in a nature-filled area, we did have a few snail and millipede visitors noted during our stay. The home overall was clean and the neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and relaxing. Would highly recommend :)
