Then you have the chance to rent our lovely red summerhouse in Småland with direct access to the swimming lake from its own bathing jetty and beach Built in 1969, the house has running water from the drilled well, electricity, heat pump and modern conditions. It's in a forest with a few neighbors in a proper distance. Nearby : Isaberg Mountain resort (90 min), High Chaparral, Store Mosse National Park, Tyraholm fish restaurant, Halmstad.

Stay in the countryside with lake view

Come to this unique and tranquil space. Stay in this newly built attefall of 40 sqm plus sleeping loft. A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake Shower you make outside with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. Closest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 700. Bed linen and towels are available to rent, SEK 150 per set.

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta nybygge (2025) bara 50m från sjön Unnens strandkant. 100m från huset finns badplats med bryggor, strand och tennisplan samt båt-/fiskebrygga i nyanlagda Vegas hamn. Natursköna vandringsleder, blårbärs- och kantarellgömmor samt paddelvänliga åar finns runt hörnet. I samhället finns förutom snickarglädje en pizzeria, kiosk, bensinmack med laddstolpe och matbutik. Flytvästar, 2-mannakanot och SUP ingår i boendet april-okt att låna för maximal upplevelse.

Summer house next to lake Bolmen in Småland

Our summer house on the shore of Lake Bolmen offers a peaceful and natural accommodation. The house has a lake view, it is only 150 meters to the lake with sandy beach and the small rowing boat which is also included (motor rented separately). The house has two floors with two bedrooms (5 beds) and a living room with sofa bed (2 beds). There is a kitchen with cooking facilities and two fresh bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower). The house is located on a farm with the owner in the neighboring house.

Amazing restored and re-imagined forest cottage

The cottage has undergone a ground up restoration that was completed in the spring of 2022. It is a holiday home offering old world character with modern comfort .It shares a farm yard with another holiday house. It is situated in open grasslands which are surrounded by forests and lake with a rodboat that can be used from the 1 May- 1 Nov. Bedlinen can be ordered from us at 200SEK/person. Final cleaning can also be ordered at 1250SEK or the house can be returned to us clean after your stay.

Lakefront cabin

Nice cabin with free view near the water that has most of it. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, TV and WIFI provide extra comfort. Glazed terrace overlooking the lake. The property has several bedrooms and a hefty sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a boat with an electric motor for fishing and nice boat trips. Bed set can be included at a small cost. It is about 7 km to the municipality's central area Hyltebruk where there are shops and other services.

Enjoy the tranquility of this newly built cottage in the middle of the forest, overlooking fields and lake. Access to fishing opportunities. On the plot there is a barbecue hut you are welcome to use. The surroundings are forest and nature with proximity to, among other things, a nice golf course (Rydö GK, 5 km) and the luxury restaurant Knystaforsen. Havsbad and shopping in Halmstad and Tylösand are only 50 km away. Equally far it is to Ullared with the shopping mall GeKås.

Relax and enjoy in this peaceful home near the forest and with the lake right next to the cabin. Swim and fish from your own jetty or take a ride with the rowing boat on the lake. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.
