An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Relax in a newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located on a hill facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and A/C. The master bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a small hot tub, terrace, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, an open kitchen/living room that is a lovely social area with a lovely fireplace, and a laundry room. No parties, kick-offs, or work/conferences are allowed.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Lilla Lyngabo, in the middle of nature, close to the sea & Halmstad

Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Comfortable and fresh accommodation/office just north of Varberg station and city center, suitable for 2-3 people. Located in a quiet area surrounded by housing, playground, pizzeria, school, parking, office with walking distance to the city center where there are lots of cozy restaurants and shops as well as to beaches with nice swimming. Please note that there is a major construction project in Varberg, tunnel construction, double track and new station building that may affect the area where the house is located, mainly weekdays during the day.

By the sea on Trönningenäs, Varberg

Detached guest house with sea view on Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) along the coast 7 km north of Varberg. 8 km from E6, exit 55. The house is fully equipped and sleeps 4. Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen and fresh bathroom. 40 minutes Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Large guest house near the sea

Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live in 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You can walk in a few minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You can see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking everyday or for a party. In addition to a toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined washer and dryer. Patio with tables, chairs and the possibility to barbecue.

Upstairs centrally in villa

Upstairs in villa central but calm. The base price is for two people. You have the entire upstairs to yourselves. Bedroom with double bed, simple kitchen, toilet, TV. Shower is in the adjacent building. The property is not suitable for small children, there is an open staircase down to the entrance. I agree with sheets and towels, but you are expected to clean yourselves and leave the apartment clean and nice, cleaning equipment is available. Parties not allowed, quiet after 11pm

Newly-renovated apartment in central Varberg

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation"; here you can work in peace and quiet with fast Wi-Fi.
