This modern new detached house is located in Suma Station, a resort area in Kobe. There is also a free parking lot outside the premises (2 minutes on foot), making it an ideal location for sightseeing in various places. There is a relaxing space on the rooftop, but BBQ parties and drinking parties are not allowed. Just a 2-minute walk from JR Suma Station Excellent access to major tourist spots and transportation. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train running. The 3rd floor is the main bedroom, the 2nd floor is the living room, and the 1st floor has a bedroom and an inner garage that you can use freely, and there is a sky balcony on the rooftop with a view of the beach.It is especially recommended for families with small children. A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

The guest house located at an elevation of about 2500ft in Rokko area of Seto Inland Sea National Park. Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. Mount Rokkō is cooler (about -40°Ｆ) than the city because of the altitude. English speaking staff will be available for foreigner guests. If you have any questions, please contact us.
