Holiday rentals with beach access in Iba

This was a getaway trip for my girlfriend's family, and we had a wonderful stay at Eleazar’s place! She was very accommodating—allowing early check-in with no extra charge. Communication was smooth and responsive. The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing—especially the pool that stays warm at night, which we enjoyed. Special thanks to Ma'am Vivian & Sir Edward for the smooth check-in and for being so so so kind the whole stay! We even requested a change of bed linen after I spilled coffee, and they gladly did it for free! My Tito (GF's dad) also reunited with long-lost relatives from Cabangan who visited us—which they also allowed! I was a bit skeptical since it was a new listing, but I trusted my gut—and it was the best decision! The property felt safe and homey, with plenty of space to bond, unwind, and appreciate nature. Even the stars at night added to the charm. We left with great memories and smiles. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway. 😊

The place was exactly described-clean, and cozu. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was great, quiet and safe. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and accomodating throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesistate to book this place again in the future.

I highly recommend this place! Especially if you want to relax. Far left and right videoke. Just 5mins walk from sea. The staff is nice and they will find ways if you're missing something. We were lent a cooler since we had a lot of ice needed. The air conditioning from bedroom to living room was cold. The kitchenware is complete. From plates to sauce! The transaction was just smooth and onwer was responsive.

We had a great stay! All the needs of our group of 6 were met, everything was well-prepared, and we truly appreciated the extra touch of providing charcoal for our barbecue night and having drinking water available upon arrival was truly amazing. The place is definitely worth the price, offering great value and comfort. This property is now our top-of-mind option whenever we're planning a trip to Zambales. We'd absolutely recommend it to our friends and look forward to staying here again!

Kuya is very helpful, he sent instructions to the place that was easy to follow. Place is near sari sari-store and coffee shop. Walkable to the beach. There was some brown out but the place had a generator. Signal is weak but there is available wifi.

Had a restful stay. Public beach is less than a five minute walk from the place via a dirt road. Lovely view of the sea and the mountains. Locals and the caretaker were kind and welcoming. The house cat, Ailenette, named by a previous guest, is adorable and needs some love. The beach needs some love, too. There's the occasional litter but honestly, since it's a public beach and there's no fee, it should also be on us, ON YOU. The sea was too beautiful for me to be disappointed. What was truly disappointing were the people who would leave their trash on the beach. Tao nga naman. Selfie-selfie lang tapos kung magkalat sa dagat, akala mo sariling bahay lang.

Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

The house is big and spacious. The place is safe. Ate Susan is very accommodating. Everything you need is there in the house. It's also close to the beach. Will definitely come back.

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

We had a wonderful stay at Erlyn and Jun's rest house! Erlyn and Jun were fantastic hosts! Everything was perfect — cozy, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for your hospitality! Would definitely stay again!😊
