Holiday rentals with a beach view in Iberian Peninsula

We spent a week in this wonderful vila which is located in the best part of Moraira, just a few minutes from El Portet beach. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Both the house and location, cleanliness, and hosts were 10! The house is wonderful. It has everything a family needs to spend a few days on vacation. From the two terraces you can see the sea and the sea breeze is ideal to let you go and relax. We loved the very tastefully decorated and the organization labeled to find everything. Don't skimp on details. As well as hygiene. Impeccable. We recommend it 100%!! Thank you Bree and Raül for offering us your home!

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

we had a pleasant stay at this lovely villa. Conveniently located, close to beaches and city center. It is perfectly equipped for a large family and the cleaning is at the top. I'd recommend it unseen

We loved this home!! It was the end of our two week adventure and it was a perfect way to relax before we headed home. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The local grocery store had everything for us to cook at home. The store clerk also gave us a ride home after we realized we over bought to walk back home. We enjoyed the pool and peaceful atmosphere. We even walked the boardwalk one afternoon to Cascais. Bernardo and Maria were wonderful hosts. They responded to us and answered a few questions. We are planning to come back to this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Alicante! The space was clean, bright, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Our host was welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

David’s place is in a lovely quiet residential area. There are some great local cafe/bars and for anyone who likes a craft beer or two, there’s a brilliant craft beer bar in the next block along. Only a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the metro and the beachfront. The flat is great, lovely and clean with all the essentials you need. David even left some bottles of water, some fruit juice and milk for our arrival. I would definitely recommend David’s place. Thank you.

Joana was an awesome host. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions as well as provide a concierge to help with setting up anything you need during your stay. The place was in the best location. Easily accessible to restaurants, shops and sightseeing spots. I highly recommend her place to any group staying in Lisbon.

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

We had a great time whilst staying here, the apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean. The sofabed was full size and comfortable. it was also handy there was two sets of keys.

Nicely furnished, modern flat in Albufeira marina. Clean and lots of natural light. Comfortable balcony with a view of the shared pool and the marina. Lots of restaurants right downstairs. Convenient parking spot in building. Anabela, the Host greeted us and was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom could use a makeover…the only outlet in the bathroom did not work, the bathtub drain was rusty and the shower curtain needs to changed. The kitchen is quaint and fully functional. The drip coffeemaker needs to be replaced or at least replace the filter. Thankfully, they also had a Nespresso coffee maker. Washer was a plus. If your stay is longer than a week, you will get fresh linens an towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is great, and the apartment is spacious and clean. The host is responsive and helpful. Fans are available in the rooms, but there is no air conditioning.

We loved the apartment! Very clean, nice furnishings. It is in a really great neighborhood full of restaurants and stores all easily with in a 10-15 minute walks. Many were only 5 minutes away. The view from the balcony was awesome! We could not have picked a better location and would absolutely stay there again. The property manager and his assistant were excellent. They provided great local recommendations and quickly responded to every message. This is the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in.

The place is nicer than it looks in pictures. Walking distance to the beach. The host is responsive and helpful. The only improvement could have been making more coffee pods available, since they are hard to find. Great place overall. We would love to come back in the future.

We had the most amazing stay in Luz. When we arrived we felt extremely comfortable. Everything was so clean and well prepared. The apartment is a real charm. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a great 2-week stay at Susie's apartment. The flat is centrally located to old town and beach. There is a very well equipped super market and a great cafe right next door. Directly to the complex includes a pool that is even guarded with lifeguard. It is open from 12-8 pm. But you should bring beach chairs, or you should lie down on the meadow. Loungers are not provided. Unfortunately, balls or the like are prohibited in the pool. Therefore, we have preferred the nearby sea. If you keep to the left at the fishing port, there is a wide sandy beach. Overall, the apartment is very well equipped and we have filled up. We were disturbed by something that the chairs and the sofa were already very worn. In the master bedroom you could hear the elevator very well, which was also in operation until 2 -3 at night. Nevertheless, it was a great stay.

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

The apartment - a very spacious and well presented space. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had perfect black out shutters allowing a great nights sleep. The kitchen and dining area was immaculately presented, everything you could need for a stay. The building - unbelievable sliding doors/windows surround the apartment offering the most amazing views of the beach and sea. The breeze this offers is great and you can also take in the atmosphere from the beach. The second floor views make you feel like you are in a penthouse due to the cliff edge you are on. The private lift down to the beach is a really nice option and add to the charm of the hotel. Also the poolside bar/restaurant and 24 hour reception is a nice addition, with all staff being very welcoming and friendly. The host - Katrien could not have been more helpful and available. We had no issues with our stay whatsoever and would stay again certainly. 10/10

A warm apartment with neat decor. Great for a stay for families or with friends. The accommodation is perfectly adapted and equipped for 8 people. In December, tranquility and beautiful walks by the sea, some restaurants open under the sun and the sweetness of life.

Sonia is an amazing host with a beautiful apartment. She couldn't be more helpful, so quick to communicate, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, really homely and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and literally everything you could think of that might be needed is provided. The location is spot on, walking distance to everything while being quiet and peaceful at the apartment. We cant wait to come back!!! And recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a place to stay.
