First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was something special. It has that rare, magical feeling where everything just feels right. The space was stunning—beautifully kept, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly peaceful. But the real showstopper? The views. Absolutely spectacular in every direction. We spent hours just soaking it all in. The pool was perfect—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by scenery that made it feel like our own private paradise. Every moment here felt relaxing and memorable. What really made the stay extra special was Paulo and his wonderful family. They were warm, welcoming, and always available if we had questions. They also gave us amazing local recommendations, especially for restaurants—we had some of our best meals thanks to their tips! We had a magical 5 day stay at Le Moulin Vert, would highly HIGHLY recommend! The house itself is beautifully decorated, really well stocked kitchen, spacious living area and comfy seating inside and out on the veranda. The views of the mill pond were second-to-none in the evenings, and loved exploring the extensive gardens and river swimming spots round the property. Nicki & Brendan gave great local recommendations so no extra planning needed! It was an enchanting and relaxing experience in a very special space.

On our trip to Portugal, the Douro Valley was the highlight of the trip from the storybook views to the spread of freshly picked cherries, homemade preserves and wine awaiting our arrival to the cleanliness and comforts of a beautiful home perched high up on the vineyard terraced hills. The game room was an incredible surprise - there are seven eighties arcade games along with a ping pong table, a foosball table and an infinity game with over 150 board games built into the table. The hospitality was second to none. Gabrella, the property manager, was one step ahead of us ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stays one of the most memorable. Sephi, the owner, is one of the most generous people we have ever met. His passion for region and willingness to offer his time to you is amazing. We spent one morning touring his winery, learning the old way of making wine and enjoying the fruits of his labor – an extraordinary experience not a just another Air BnB.

Beautiful place in special location. The home is sparkling clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing many local recommendations and guidance throughout my stay. The outdoor space and access to the beautiful swimming beach especially made it feel like a local experience. Highly recommend to make your stay in Menorca extra special.

A beautiful house by the Minho river.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

Stunning house and great view!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy - perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was an absolute dream - quiet location, private pool, beautiful terrace to relax in the morning in the sunshine, beautiful second table next to the house to end the day in the evening in the sunshine. Kitchen is very well equipped, two bathrooms each with shower towels, bathrobes and beach towels. Great layout and interior design. Communication was great and quick. We rented bikes to relax and ride to the beaches and the villages. We had a wonderful week here and would come back again.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

Our stay in this house was just amazing! We spent 5 wonderful days at this lovely place in Antequera. The house is just as described: spacious, clean and very well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and the decor is taken care of with great pleasure, The location is also perfect, in a quiet area but with easy access to the main tourist attractions. What surprised us the most was the impressive view of the city: every morning, when we woke up, we could enjoy a spectacular view. The panoramic view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. In addition, Manuel was very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this house at 1000.

We booked this accommodation, following an emergency, in the afternoon for the same evening. Camille made sure that the suite was available on time and in impeccable condition. The suite is extremely well-equipped and very functional. The various exchanges we had with Camille were very pleasant. He is friendly and above all very accommodating. Big thanks for the stay.

The place is just a dream come true! You have the impression that you are in front of a photo wallpaper, as the view is simply surreal. The accommodation is super equipped and lacks nothing. The bathroom is great, the bed comfortable and the terrace just invites you to linger! Contact with Maria Isabel works absolutely smoothly and she responds to any questions or requests! All in all - an absolute recommendation!

Awesome stay, We love quiet and exotic places, it was just perfect!!! An incredibly well renovated accommodation and with very good taste. Bedding of exceptional quality. Pool with fresh spring water but we enjoyed it a lot. The plancha and the brazier are very useful for cooking enthusiasts. Our dog has spent his best life at La Clede. Domityle and her spouse remain reachable and are adorable. Lots of river spots/bike/hiking nearby. The village grocery store has everything you need, and the bar restaurant next door (Le panier fleuri) offers hearty and inexpensive dishes in a family atmosphere. This is the most beautiful house and location I’ve ever been to! Wilson is a fabulous host and provided recommendations of things to see and do prior to, and during the trip. He’s so darn likable and helpful! The house itself….top shelf. I cannot imagine a more beautiful view of the Benagil cave area, the sea, the cliffs, etc. Simply breathtaking views from the bedroom balconies and the living room and pool: as shown in the pictures. Location is an easy walk down the steps to the beach, and where boat/kayak tours go out to see the caves. There’s a restaurant and coffee shop on the way down. A restaurant called Dumar is a 1 minute walk from the house with great food and service. Book a Taruga boat tour to see the caves: our guides were Daniel and Pablo and they were fun and informative. (Because it was a 3 minute walk down the steps to the tour I didn’t take any money, so I recommend taking a little tip money for the guys). I will return to this spectacular Airbnb! Kathryn
