The farm is in a closed condominium. Closed in São Roque, just 50 minutes from SP and 1 km from Catarina Outlet. The area features: barbecue, swimming pool, court, soccer field, oven and wood-burning fireplace, bar, Wi-Fi, TV, brewery and more. The house has 4 bedrooms (15 people in beds), 2 indoor bathrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. Small events upon request (extra costs) The place is surrounded by greenery, is super safe and has been in our family for 40 years! We would be more than happy to host you, your family and friends!
