Located on the harbor street five min walk with 33 steps to climb as it is on the first elevated floor ( ! The studios are each one room open plan studios. The 35 m² apartment on the first-floor with its own entrance was completely renovated recently. It has easy access without steps, as it is right on the harbor, next to the bakery, the cafes,the restaurants, the banks and the main market of the island. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Rooms: Separate bedroom with double bed and balcony facing the harbor of the island, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.

The Registry listed, red stone house of Captain Rizos, shipowner at that time, stands on Poros channel since 1851, having reached the 6th generation of the family. It is a house full of history and memories that have remained alive from generation to generation. In this place, the Greek poet Kostis Palamas vacationed in the summers.
