Θα νιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας στην εξοχική μας κατοικία, σε πευκόφυτη περιοχή στο Καρλόβασι. Θέα σε δάσος και θάλασσα. 800μ από την πλησιέστερη παραλία. Εξωτερικό ασφαλές για παιδιά, εμπνευστικό για καλλιτέχνες. 2 αυλές, μπάρμπεκιου, κήπος. 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, σαλόνι, πιάνο, κουζίνα. Ο 1ος όροφος κατοικείται από τους ιδιοκτήτες με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο. Δωρεάν χώρος παρκαρίσματος εντός του άλσους. Μέχρι 6 επισκέπτες. Δωρεάν παρκοκρέβατο ή στρώμα για επιπλέον παιδί. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.

Απέραντο Γαλάζιο: Εξοχική κατοικία με μοναδική θέα

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Αμπέλου(23 χλμ. από Βαθύ, 14 χλμ. από Καρλόβασι) του όρους Καρβούνη. Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού και η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. μακριά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
