This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. It has 2 1/2 acres behind, with two barns, a herd of very friendly goats, chickens, and vegetable, herb and flower gardens. The house backs up to The Phillips Farm, 150 acres of preserved land and public walking trails. Beautiful sunset views from the back porch.
