Unbeatable! A SPECTACULAR HOUSE and fantastic hosts. Ideal to be with your family. The location is very well connected to go anywhere by car. Mireia was great with us. We recommend it 100%.

Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

We had a lovely week here. Although the accommodation is attached to the house it was very private and quiet. The view is beautiful with only a couple of far away houses amongst a sea of trees and green. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The pool and outside space is wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

We greatly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa in Seignosse! The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort, and the private pool was really a lovely extra. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog – he enjoyed as much as we did! The location is quiet yet close to the beach and nice villages in the area. Everything was well arranged and the contact with the host was pleasant and smooth. Thank you so much for the nice holiday – we'd love to come back!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

Friendly host This beautiful house is perfect for 8 people with its individual bedrooms and bathrooms, which allows independence for each couple The house is very bright with views of the beautiful bay; very nicely decorated, you feel good there. Everything you need for a good family meal. Well located to go to Hendaye beach and Hendaye village. And the area is beautiful. No hesitation to have on this rental. An unbeatable experience at Vincent's house 🌟 We spent three incredible days at Vincent's house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment, the communication was friendly and very attentive. Vincent made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The house is simply spectacular: bright and tastefully decorated. Every corner is designed for relaxation and disconnection. The pool was our favorite place during the day, perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! In addition, the house is well equipped: full kitchen, comfortable bed, well-kept outdoor areas and details that make a difference (such as extra towels...). The location is also excellent: quiet and private, but with easy access to everything we needed.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Sophie was waiting for us, welcomed us warmly with delicious Basque cake and explanations about the house and some cultural facts about the Basque language, restaurants, markets and sights. Our home is an ideal place for those who love peace and nature and enjoy hiking. Places such as the Rhune, Bayonne, Biarritz, even San Sebastián are all easily accessible by car and, if desired, partly by public transport. The house is very quietly located at the end of a side road where no traffic passes; it is located at a height so you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Comfort as described on the site is present.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.
