By CAR: 10 minutes from terminal 2 of the CDMX AIRPORT and 15 minutes from terminal 1 (depending on traffic), 10 minutes from the FORUM and AUTODROME, 15 minutes from the PALACE OF SPORTS, 5 minutes from Pantitlán METRO (joins 3 metro lines). WALKING: 10 minutes from the Agrícola Oriental Metro and 5 minutes from a spa (called ex-olímpico). Parking inside the house, markets and places to eat very close by.

It is located on the 1st level, on a closed street (opens only with control). Parking place on the street.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

We don't have private parking but there is parking nearby and it's called AEROPARK.
