In the middle of the Ahlenmoor in very quiet surroundings stands our single-pitch roof house with a green roof, completed in 2024. With lovingly designed and high-quality furnishings, it is an ideal starting point for hikes in the forest and moor and at the numerous moor lakes and for bird and wildlife watching. MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

One bedroom (16 m²) with double bed and, if desired, a child's extra bed, a living room (17 m²) with sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area (14 m²) and bathroom (5 m²). Terrace with garden furniture right in front of the entrance. Among other things, bicycle storage facilities, garden loungers, barbecue and fire bowl. There is space for your car in the carport.

Our house is set in a park-like garden of 7,000m² and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can relax and unwind. The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Our apartment is located in the idyllic village of Ihlienworth directly on the Medem. It is located on the upper floor and is one of the two bookable apartments in our cozy vacation home. The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Not far away is Otterndorf, where everything your heart desires is offered in leisure activities!

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.
