Perfect if you're going to a fair or a concert in the Boxen. Less than 30 minutes drive from the house you will find 6 different golf courses - Ikast, Trehøje, Brande, Give, Herning and Tullamore. It is located on a huge natural plot of 2500 sqm - completely undisturbed and with peace and nature right outside the door.

The townhouse is very centrally located in Herning city at the end of one of the city's pedestrian streets, just steps from the train station, cinema and bus terminals. The house is furnished as a fully furnished holiday home with bathroom and two rooms on the first floor with two separate beds each. From the living room there is access to a cozy enclosed patio. Enjoy your stay in this cozy and well-located apartment centrally in Snejbjerg. Here you get a private entrance with your own kitchen and bathroom. From the apartment, you are only about 5-6 km to Herning Centrum and Kongrescenter, the same distance to MCH Messecenter Herning, FCM Arena and Jyske Bank Boxen. The new Gødstrup Regional Hospital is only 3.5 km away. Within a short distance, there is a bus stop, bakery, pizzeria, shopping, etc.

In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.
