It is equipped with fireplace heating, complete sanitary facilities, three bedrooms (on the first floor), including two with access to the terrace, a large living room with a kitchenette and a 40 m2 dining room (ground floor), a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. In the living room there are also two fold-out sofas, a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the side of the building there is a large terrace with a brick barbecue.

It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. It is normally designed for 9 people, but for larger groups, using the attic, it can accommodate an additional 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, toilet, bathroom and open kitchen. Upstairs there are three double rooms with double beds, one room with a double bed and one single bed and a bathroom.
