Nice house 300 m from the sea

Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

House set back from the street at the back of the property, 300 m walk to GR which provides beautiful walks, and white sandy beaches. Local shops: bakery, butcher, convenience store, water sports at the bottom of the house (kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foiling...) and surfing nearby.

Sea house

Our house is close to the beach and the port of Portsall. From the terrace the views are exceptional. You can walk to the beach, bakery, have a drink on the harbor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a garden where it is pleasant to have lunch.
