Holiday houses in Île de la Cité

Had such a great stay at Laurent’s! The location was incredible and the studio was just what we needed for our few days in Paris. It was such a quick walk to the Louvre and minutes away from several Metro stations with connections to everywhere in Paris (including the RER B CDG station). The instructions that were given to us for check in were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this studio to others.

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is truly exceptional—right on the Seine with stunning views of the Pont Louis-Philippe. The neighborhood is filled with charming sidewalk cafés and shops just steps away, yet it remains quieter and more peaceful than nearby Île de la Cité. The apartment was spacious (especially for this area), spotless, well furnished and supplied, with great tall windows for natural light. Even the sofa bed was comfortable (and the fact that the room has a door made it function well as a private third bedroom). Our host was warm, responsive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again—it's a luxurious and memorable spot in the heart of Paris.

The rental company sent a team to meet us and to let us in. Once inside they went over everything and made sure we were okay with the apartment. The apartment is roomy, well decorated, pristine and very livable. The location is near everything you would need: grocery stores, a pharmacy, shopping and restaurants. You are within walking distance to the Notre Dame, The Parthenon, St Chappell, etc. we loved the apartment and how comfortable it all is. The instructions were written out for all the appliances, so there was no guessing. It was an apartment that one could easily see living in. It was that comfortable.

Прекрасное жилье в Латинском квартале Парижа. Было все просто супер, от общения с хозяином, идеально чистой квартиры, расположения и удобств, просто всё было идеально от начала и до конца. Это даже не студия, а полноценная однокомнатная квартира, с отдельной кухней и ванной. Квартира компактная, но в тоже время очень хорошо спланирована, есть всё самое необходимое, от кухонный утвари, до моющих средств. И конечно же добродушный хозяин Фредерик, который писал нам и рассказывал с любовью места стоит посетить. Я не задумываясь вернулся бы ещё раз в эту чудесную, уютную квартиру, мы побывали как в сказке. Я бы посоветовал эту квартиру не задумываясь, вы не пожалеете, от квартиры, её место расположения, и от приятного душевного хозяина. Спасибо огромное Фредерик, за чудесную неделю в ваших прекрасных апартаментах!

This booking was exactly as described, very clean and spacious with wonderful facilities. It is perfectly situated with views of Notre Dame across the river and an easy walk to the Louvre and many good restaurants and cafes. Esther and Charles are very gracious hosts with lots of little personal touches left for us such as fresh fruit and wine. Would definitely book again if we return to Paris as it’s easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

This one bedroom apartment was in a perfect Latin Quarter location. A super location to start our 10 days in Paris. The apartment was on the third floor (USA) with easy access, elevator and air conditioning. The floor to ceiling windows were great for opening up the apartment with wonderful light and fresh air. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning. Michael and team were very responses and we appreciated them taking care of our transportation from and to airport. Perfect apartment for a long or short stay for a couple or family with young children. We enjoyed the bustling neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, wine, cheese and grocery stores.

Wir waren im Mai drei Tage in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und komfortabel. Saint-Germain ist eine sehr schöne Gegend, in der abends viel geboten wird. Wir planen daher wieder zu kommen. Die einzige Einschränkung, die ich machen würde, ist da die Treppen im Haus und in der Wohnung sehr steil sind, muss man gut zu Fuß sein. Für Leute mit Behinderung wäre diese Wohnung daher nicht zu empfehlen.
