This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Charm and comfort on the second floor of a 16th century building (third floor for Americans), in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet right in the heart of Paris. Exposed beams, tiles, contemporary decoration, works of art from all over the world, large living room of 50m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lively and commercial area, all transport nearby. Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80cm x 190cm). Please note: there is no elevator.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
