Great for a stay alone or as a couple. 27 m2 studio on the ground floor (1/2 floor above the street, overlooks a small wooded garden. Semi-autonomous arrival (key pickup until 10:45pm).

We take great pride in keeping it perfectly clean while being mindful of the environment. We steer clear of toxic products, even our paint is eco-friendly. Besides, we follow a thorough steaming cleaning procedure between guests. Transportation to Paris: train/tramway (15 minutes walking) & bus (5 minutes walking).

The house is located in a strategic point for those who do not want to stay in the chaos of Paris. It is very close to the metro stop (line 1) with which you can get to the center in 15 minutes. In the surroundings, there is everything you could need, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a pizzeria, a brasserie, nothing is missing. Bed and house comfortable overall, exactly as in the photos, very simple check in and Sam was very kind, helpful and quick in responding to messages and solving any problems.
