In the heart of the fortifications of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 150 m from the port, terraces and shops, 28 m2 studio completely refurbished! Renovation and development work was completed in April 2023. Close to the beautiful pedestrian streets of Saint-Martin, its living spaces and ramparts listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
