The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La deuxième chambre possède un lit simple. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en pierre naturelle.

Come and discover this charming house carefully decorated, and enjoy its pretty south-facing wooded courtyard. You will appreciate its location in the center of the village, its calm, its proximity to shops and the beautiful church of Ars. The house consists of a beautiful living room overlooking the courtyard with its secondary entrance. Upstairs, two charming bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. During school holidays, the house is only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

The decor is refined, the amenities are of high quality and the bright and warm living spaces invite you to relax. The large living room opens fully onto a beautiful landscaped garden with terrace. You will particularly appreciate the relaxation area with jacuzzi (end of June to beginning of September) out of sight. The house is perfect for families or a stay with friends.

Parking is available in front of the house.

In a quiet area, 250 m from the most beautiful beaches of Ile de Ré (5 min walk), detached house of 100 m2 with heated pool (8 m x 3 m) from April to October (if the outside temperature allows) completely renovated, very bright, full of charm, volume and beautiful materials, at the end of a cul-de-sac and without neighbors. Over 600 m2 of garden. 15 min walk to Couarde market and 5 min by bike.
