We spent 2 weeks at Jacqueline and Alain's (about 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches, close to Royan and Ile d'Oléron). The apartment is impeccable with all the necessary amenities for a great stay without worrying about anything (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee makers, kettle, barbecue, garden table, etc.). Jacqueline and Alain are welcoming and caring. The apartment is at the bottom of their garden but we feel at home there because access is independent of their home. We will keep your address safe if we return to the area. A huge THANK YOU to both of you for hosting us and your kindness. See you soon, Aurore and Cédric

Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well equipped with materials (kitchen in particular) which is really very pleasant. Location in the center is perfect.

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Incredible stay for two nights with my family on our way through France. Laetitia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property has been done up beautifully and all the facilities are perfect, especially the gym and the spa area which we were kindly offered to use for an hour during our stay. The pool area is fantastic and gets sun all day. All the bedrooms were great, we were 8 adults and I would suggest that the rooms are more suitable for 6 adults in the double rooms and the other rooms for children only (small room under the stairs and bunk bed room). Can’t fault the property or host at all, we had a lovely stay.

We had a very good stay in this charming, very well renovated house. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces allowed us to make the most of an extended weekend with friends. The house, located in a pedestrian street, is very well equipped. In the heart of Saint-Pierre, it is still easy to leave the house by bike and quickly find yourself on the bike paths.

We had a great time at Denis and Tatiana's place. The space was perfectly clean and well-equipped. In addition, the quiet environment and the hot tub allowed us to have a pleasant weekend. Thank you very much, I highly recommend!

Very large house suitable for kids and adults alike. The rooms are spacious. Great for 10 people. The house is in the city center near the pedestrian street, shops of the market and the church of St Pierre. Very nice welcome and the owner is very accessible and intervenes at any time to answer questions.
