Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Île Saint-Louis

A group of us stayed for a week trip at Marlene’s place in May 2024. The location was amazing, Marlene was extremely helpful and responsive, and the house was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay! I will caution anyone with mobility issues - there are a lot of stairs and the layout of bathrooms is a bit odd, but we got used to it quickly and it worked well for our group. Would highly recommend to a group looking to get around Paris easily - close to a major metro station and very walkable.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Our stay at this chic airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood was fantastic and central, we walked everywhere and had a lot of fun exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed - including a magical built-in coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to check if it is available on our next visit. The host was incredibly responsive and really helpful in our arrival and departure. Highly recommend booking this little gem in the center of everything.

This place is amazing. Walk distance from great restaurants and 2 min. to Place des Vosges! The place pictures are accurate and it feels very spacious.

We loved staying in this sweet Paris apartment far above the river with a lovely view of the city and Seine. Storage was plentiful, the shower was great, having access to the washer dryer combo was very convenient. Catherine was a helpful, friendly, and attentive host but honestly so much was supplied we didn’t need to contact her during the week. The apartment and the building are charming and the neighbors we met were kind. Ile Saint Louis can’t be beat for location. Be sure you can cope with many stairs - it’s worth it if you can! If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Beautiful, clean, special property south-facing the Seine on lovely and quiet Ile St. Louis! The top floor apartment has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the Seine, Pantheon and Notre Dame - with the Eiffel Tower looming in the distance! The building is historic - Marie Curie lived two floors below for 20 years! The location is quiet and perfectly accessible to the big churches, museums and other attractions. The best!

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Best location, perfect layout with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms on separate ends of the apartment. Very quiet at night. Would return without hesitation. The building is very secure. Marie, our greeter, was extremely helpful at arrival, facilitating access to a bedroom and bath for a sick child while the rest of the apartment was still being cleaned. She suggested medication available at the nearest pharmacy. The kitchen is tiny, but the important things (espresso maker) and an adorable tiny dishwasher drawer were there. One has to be aware that the apartment (first floor) in an old building means a steep climb up beautiful old oak stairs. Fortunately, we had help from our fabulous driver Joaquim (arranged via the recommended website). All in all, we would return in a heartbeat.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. To say we had a great visit to Michel’s unit would be an understatement! Perfect location, all the necessary accruements to make us feel at home. We would recommend Michel’s apartment to anyone seeking a secure,quiet, easy to access accommodation in Paris.

A lovely apartment tucked away in the marais which was exactly as described. 3 bedrooms (2 small doubles and one v large with two double beds) which were perfect for 6 of us for a weekend. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They also let us leave our bags when we arrived and when we left, which was such a help and meant we could have a few extra hours exploring the neighbourhood. Everything in the apartment was clean, tidy and easy to find. The apartment itself was in a beautiful little square, just off a street with bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, or to return! Merci bien!
