I offer it for rent for a few periods, thanks to my amazing co-host Tetyana, who will take care of welcoming you. My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).

Close to Pont l'Abbé, Loctudy and Bénodet, you can enjoy beautiful walks, bike rides and boat trips! Water activities nearby for young and old: surfing, paddleboarding... Fishing basin on foot 50m away. Quiet, it is the ideal setting for an exotic vacation, close to all amenities (Restaurants, grocery store...) 5 minutes walk.

Adorable guest house - small port of Ste Marine

We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants. NB: in the first half of 2026, it is possible that I will stay in the other building of the property. If that's the case, I'll let you know before your booking.

Beautiful gîte close to the sea and Douarnenez

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte. This exceptional architect's house was created by Erwan Le Berre. The view is more than 180° of the sea: East, South and West. The indoor pool is air-conditioned and pleasant. The living rooms are on 2 floors: 1 large living and dining area with large windows overlooking the sea and a mezzanine for television. For 6 people, it consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 large and 2 small. 300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

The Queffen Penty

Penty-style house not overlooked, located in a green setting, and in a protected natural environment, on the edge of the Loctudy Pont l'Abbé estuary, you can enjoy the garden, a small haven of peace and quiet for nature lovers or people who want to recharge their batteries. Halfway between Pont l'Abbé and Loctudy, direct access to the GR34 for walks and hikes, 5 minutes from the beaches and 2 steps from the Rosquerno equestrian center.

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-responsible materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed. Private garden and terrace enclosed by walls.

The accommodation has a bedroom, with queen size bed, located in the attic (note, small detail, there is no door to the bedroom) Wood-burning stove heating on the ground floor, electric heating is installed upstairs. Close to the port, with bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Supermarket 5.5 km away.
