« Les Villas Majolie » pour des vacances d’exception à Ste Marine. La villa contemporaine « 13 Ocean » se situe entre le port et les plages. Laissez votre voiture et faites tout à pied : vous êtes à 5 mn des commerces, restaurants et à une dizaine de minutes des plages. Piscine intérieure chauffée, jeux, jouets, livres…terrasses, brasero sont à votre disposition. L’intérieur est soigné, la literie de qualité hôtelière et l’environnement est très calme. Jardin totalement clos.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

It's a blue house......backed by the Kermor pond, the beach on foot, the breathtaking view of the pond with its sunsets. The perfect base from which to relax in peace, the living room overlooks two terraces and a beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m2. We rent our house from Saturday to Saturday.
