Apartment holiday rentals in Île Verte, Grenoble

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at on Airbnb. It’s a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood and the hosts were wonderful. It felt like my own home and that’s a high standard to meet! :) Thank you!!!

I spent the months of my Erasmus in this studio. It is clean, well-lit and comfortable, in the city center, close to tram stops, equipped with everything I needed. Mathilde is a very kind person and she was always there to answer my questions. I will definitely come back! ❤️🥰

This is a really nice modern apartment right in the heart of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores right outside the front door. The furniture was interesting and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although did not have bags for composting. It has a nice large balcony. It has a few places where bikes can be stored including on the balcony (the elevator is large enough to carry a loaded bicycle). We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this apartment

We had a very nice stay! The ceiling is a little low but other than that we had a great stay. Very centrally located, clean and Emmanuel was very friendly!

I stayed ten days for the second time at Sylvain's. Very comfortable apartment, well decorated, cool despite the heatwave, extremely quiet and secure. The accommodation is located near a park, a shopping center well integrated into the local architecture, one minute from the Jean Bron outdoor swimming pool. Sylvain has always been very responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay in Grenoble! Great location, great host, the apartment was modern and clean…and best of all, the AC worked amazing. 10/10, will definitely stay here again!

This apartment was great. Spacious with lots of places for us to put our clothes and travel things without feeling cramped. The apartment itself was just lovely. Two spacious bedrooms with bedside lighting and large windows with good curtain coverage. The kitchen had every amenity needed plus a full size fridge which is good when buying and using your own groceries. The bathroom was of a good size and plenty of hot water for showers. We also used the washing machine regularly because we had been travelling for several weeks. The lounge and dining room was very comfortable and the tv connected to wifi which is helpful when you don’t speak the native language and there are few English speaking tv channels. Although the apartment was beside the trams, once the windows were closed you could not hear them. Our only issue was parking our hire car. But we were given good instructions on where to find a free parking station which reduce the costs significantly. Great place overall

A very good stay in this accommodation, consistent with the listing and very comfortable. Cyril was very accommodating with arrival and departure times and offered his help many times if there was any problem. I would highly recommend it!

A very special place to stay. The apartment is smaller than expected, but very great for a few nights. However, we did not want to spend a whole vacation here, because it is very small, dark due to the small skylights and it is certainly stuffy in the summer. Fans are already ready. There is a lot of space on the castle grounds, but there is only one bench on which you can sit outside. Please note: there are three buildings, two courtyards, several corridors and 100 stairs that you have to walk from the car to the small apartment!! There is no elevator. Each piece of luggage must be carried. But a beautiful experience!!

Sonia and her husband are very friendly and available hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. The apartment is really great, very clean and spacious. Amenities are quality. The linen provided is like in a hotel 👌 The bonus is the small terrace of the apartment, access to the jacuzzi and the pool. Thanks for recommending the new Latin restaurant El Comedor in Varces, it was very good. We did the Monteynard lake in canoe then the footbridges in hiking easily on the half day: beautiful and few people still in this season. I recommend this place for a romantic weekend, I hope to come back another year!

I recommend it... the neighborhood is simple and you can't imagine that this little gem is hidden! Magnificent escape to Bali. Magali thought of this with great taste. I bought the Elixir Pack for my husband's birthday... it's really worth it. The balneo sleeping area is magical... the kitchen is very practical. Magali is a nice person, very attentive and caring. We stayed in June so the ski resort was very quiet, but ideal for cycling (but big climbs!) A small 'Casino' supermarket not too far away but cafés further down the mountain. TV, wifi, microwave etc.
