We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and welcoming, exactly what you hope for when arriving somewhere new. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast out on the peaceful back patio, often accompanied by the soothing sound of the nearby ocean. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Communication with the host was seamless, he was kind, responsive, and made sure we were settled in comfortably from the start. Getting around the area by car was easy, and we had no trouble finding parking. Most importantly, we felt completely safe and at ease during our entire stay. This spot truly felt like a home away from home. 100/10, we would absolutely stay here again!

The Villa Jade 1 is lovely! It’s perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to enjoy Saint Martin at an amazing value without sacrificing beautiful furnishings and great amenities. Additionally, Julie and her team of hosts are wonderful — all of whom were proactive with communications and very responsive. Julie, in particular, provided exceptional service by working with my husband to surprise me with goodies at the villa for my birthday. I would happily stay at the villa again, or at any property Julie and her team manages.

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Excellent accommodation! Hyper clean, super well equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is adorable, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!
