Our home is airy sunny, beautiful, thoughtfully designed and loved. All the bedrooms are spacious and bright. The smallest bedroom is actually my favourite, memory foam mattress that looks out over the garden, sleeping here with the windows open and hearing the birds in the morning, it's pretty great! We have a Yale Smart Lock which is 24/7 accessible. Leyton and Leytonstone is a buzzing local community. The are is home to amazing restaurants just a short walk away from the home. There are fabulous wine bars, micro breweries, delis, pubs, and shops, galleries all around, too. It's easy to get into central London on the central line tube. There are great local walks and East London (the best bit) is easily accessible on the overground tube too.

This is a private and spacious 20 m2, fully standalone, garden cabin with a private en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating and air conditioning. We live in the main building across the garden from you and remain available if need anything :).

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.
