You can see the surf at Saunton and all the best North Devon beaches are handy. Fenced dog friendly garden with a sunny dining terrace, lawn and a mud room with a shower, for dogs, bikes or wet suits. Our lovely village of West Down is less than a mile away, with The Crown pub, community shop and park. Check in or out times can be flexible, please ask.

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Seaside cottage, 4 mins stroll to Hele Bay

My place is close to Hele's sandy and pebble beach with views over the Hele/Berrynarbor hills set back from the Ilfracombe-Combe Martin road and on a bus route to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility to excellent coastal walks on the SW Coastal Path. Beach and cafe, Pub within 4 mins walk, and our 16th century working mill Hele Cornmill and tearoom just 3 mins walk away. My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Jasmine cottage forms part of a courtyard of 9 holiday cottages, converted from original farm buildings. It is set in large grounds, with games room, tennis court and grassy areas to walk your dog on lead. At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.
