Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

I loved spending the weekend in this wonderful house, the view is really stunning. The house is complete and perfectly met all my needs. Cons: The shower in the suite and bedroom on the 2nd floor had heating problems, we had to take a cold shower.

Our days at the Mirella loft were amazing. The place is very complete and cozy. We managed to have meals in the kitchen, enjoy the view that leads to the train line in the window beyond the condominium's common areas that are very pleasant. Mirella has always been very requested to serve us. We will certainly return.

I stayed 3 nights at Ju's house and just loved it! Ju and her family are great hosts, very attentive and helpful. There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

We loved the space. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Clean condominium, easy to access and excellent location. We feel safe, it has cameras. Foot in the sand and there are still the kiosks on the side of the building. The kitchen is fully equipped. We feel at home and are already planning to come back.
