Wonderful place, very quiet, and with options in the house for all tastes. The days we spent we hosted were great, without unforeseen events and everything went very well. Host has been helpful whenever we need and highly recommend this location.

We love José's house, equipped with everything you need, clean, cozy house and the pool is great, he and his wife are very kind and receptive, everything was wonderful and we hope to return again!

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Perfect. Excellent the property. Your Host Manoela Cleto was super attentive from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house is extremely cozy and well taken care of, just as we found in the listing of the photos. All accommodations are excellent, the perfect structure, the incredible details. Super functional, very well planned. The location, close to everything, accessibility to the beach, markets and others very close to everything. Our family felt at home. It is impossible to put a note, but if it were it would be note 1000 ( Mil), really super indico. The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Very good, it was within what we expected, there was room for the pet that we needed. Mr. Antônio very helpful. It's a place that needs to go back.

Impeccable location, super accommodating, the only complaint is the room with two single beds that has no air conditioning and one of the beds was broken. But otherwise, it's a perfect place. I intend to return.

great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

Unfortunately, my family and I were unable to make the trip at the last minute. I informed Calima on the day of check-in, just a few hours before our scheduled arrival, and explained our situation. She was incredibly understanding and responsive, and we were able to work out a solution together. While we sadly didn’t get to visit this beautiful location this time, we truly appreciate the support and care we received. We’re definitely planning to go there soon!
