Cozy place, comfortable beds, fully equipped. Beautiful view. Great parking space. For those who had a baby, it was wonderful, elevator, apartment all clean and organized. The hostess went through everything in detail, we didn't need to bother her because everything was fine. Corresponded with the listing.

Impeccably decorated space, I arrived with that “smell” of washed and cared for linen! The apartment in structure has nothing to comment, only to praise the lighting that makes it even more comfortable, first-class trousseau, equipped kitchen and with glasses at the height of you taking a good wine. The difference is that you don't need to bring a water bottle, there's even a filter with sparkling water, lol Nespresso coffee machine and some spices that help with the preparation. I highly recommend it…. It was a very pleasant experience, and I felt at home!

We went with 11 people, there was room for everyone. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is large, the living room is spacious and comfortable. My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!
