Beachfront holiday rental in Ilha do Mel

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

From the first contact, Nadja was very attentive and polite. We were very well received, and we felt very comfortable. We had a great time, the house is great, very cozy. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

Very Nice Apartament! The location its great, around 600m to the beach, and in front a supermarket. The place it is amazing, have a lot of space, very clean, cozy, and acomodated 12 persons very well. It has 2 parking spots, but in the street are other parking available, with no further problems. Regina was great host, and keep the comunication easy and quick.

Amazing place! Our experience was simply wonderful! The apê is super cozy, well decorated, clean, organized, complete and the view of the sea… A spectacle! Location is great too, close to everything! On top of all of this, the host is extremely attentive and dear!! We feel very welcome! Undoubtedly a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return as soon as possible!

The ap is incredible, impeccable, super-equipped with several appliances, had chairs and sunscreen, the bed and bath linens were new of quality and were fresh and smelled, had air conditioning in all the comforts working perfectly, the chuverios were delicious. Iolanda was extremely helpful, always responding with promptness and kindness. The condominium is a side show, wonderful pool, game room, sports courts, bocha cacha, garden, skate track, pet space and even food truck. I would definitely stay again, one of the best aps I've ever stayed with.

Super recommend! Very quiet place in March, we went with family (elderly and child) and it was great. Spacious ambiance, wonderful pools and environs surrounded by nature. we will definitely return :)

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was also very smooth and agile. The internet works very well in the room for work and meetings. The place was impeccable in a matter of cleanliness and on the view I have no comments! Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!
