Hello, you will share the apartment with me and other guests (the room has keys to close and there is a mini fridge). Here is a family and quiet house!💛 We are 20 min drive from the airport and 40 min by public transport. 20 min bus from downtown Lisbon and about 10 min drive. We are 13 min walking from the Centro de Congressos Lisboa/RioTejo. Here is a very traditional neighborhood with cafes, markets, restaurants. Lx Factory is a 16-minute walk away and Belém is about 30 minutes walking.

Perfect location to explore without needing a car! Just steps away, you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and parks. Walk to the river beach or enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Lisbon along the riverside where you find also nice restaurants and bars. Barreiro has excellent transportation: in 18 minutes by boat you can reach downtown Lisbon, and by train, Setúbal in 28 minutes or Évora in 1 hour. Both stations are also just a short walk away (boat: 20 min / train: 10 min).

Enjoy the experience of staying in an excellent apartment located 30 minutes from Lisbon historic center. It's possible to reach Lisbon with a relaxing 20 minutes Ferry-boat trip in Tagus River. There is ferry-boats all day long and everyday. If you have a car you are at 30 minutes to Lisbon and 25 minutes to the best beaches of Portugal, like Arrabida, Costa da Caparica and Sesimbra. I live near the apartment and i will be there to assist you if you need guidance or help with something.

House directions, when you find rua Pedro alvares cabral it's the last building on the left. It used to be number 80 and now is number 9, once you at the door push the 2 D button.
