Wonderful beach house on Ilha Grande

Excellent house for up to 12 (twelve) people in the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande. It is a perfect house to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the transparent and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it. The house has 3 (three) large en-suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water in the sinks and showers. Two suites with ocean views and the third with a view of the Atlantic Forest, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, and accommodating up to 4 (four) people each (double bed and a bunk bed). The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large refrigerator and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine. The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen and completely glazed, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even from inside the house. Around the whole house, there is a large 3-meter-wide balcony where you can enjoy the coolness of its shade. We have a mooring point for those arriving by speedboat or boat.

A farm facing the sea. Lots of privacy!

Morada das Artes, with a view of the sea. A 42-hectare farm overlooking the sea, something unique in Angra, and close to tourist attractions and commerce. It is 5min from the beaches, bringing an experience that unites the beach and rural environment. We have trails, lookouts and a little farm. The decor is unique, with exhibitions by local artists. We indicate the best beaches on the mainland and do motorboat tours. Ideal for families and couples. Safe location with other houses on site. See the testimonials!

Located a 5-minute walk from the best and cleanest waterfalls on the Costa Verde and a 10-minute drive to Paria do Saco. The hot water shower. The house is well ventilated and cool.
