Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ilion

If you are looking for a place that has everything you possibly need within a short walking distance and everything you need to be productive (gigabit fiber optics, PC monitors and keyboards, standing desk, etc), look no further! And if you want to see any of the touristic sites in and around Athens, the metro stop is just a short walk away. I had an urgent medical issue to treat and Yorgos really went above and beyond to help me get treated at a nearby clinic; he is an exceptionally caring person. My stay at Yorgos' apartment was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I have had after being on this platform for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

The apartment was as expected, top notch and beautifully finished with many amenities not always found in an AirBnB. If I may suggest, a small bottle of water and a few sachets of coffee will make the stay great for late night arrivals like myself, otherwise can't complain.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Our stay was great; this apartment was squeaky clean and exactly as pictured. Walkable to city centre and close to a very interesting historic park. The garage gate helped us feel safe and secure as women travelling alone and was easy to use. The host's gift of a bottle of wine was very thoughtful- make sure you bring a corkscrew and enjoy! 100% recommended.

Das Airbnb ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung und die zahlreichen Bewertungen erwarten lassen - einfach top für einen Städte-Trip in Athen. Es ist sehr gut gepflegt, mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und die Kommunikation mit Christos ist super schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns 8 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nachbarschaft ist gespickt mit sehr netten und guten Tavernen und Restaurants; dennoch bleibt es auch am Wochenende ruhig. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, alles innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das City Center sind fußläufig zu erreichen und wenn man sich über die Metro bewegen möchte, sind alle drei Linien innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns eine reine 5 Sterne Bewertung!

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Το σπίτι ήταν απλά υπέροχο και συνέβαλε στο να ξεκινήσει η μέρα του γάμου μου με τον πιο όμορφο και ήρεμο τρόπο. Το νοίκιασα για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και πραγματικά ήταν το ιδανικό σκηνικό: φωτεινό, καθαρό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και με υπέροχη ενέργεια. Είχε άνετους χώρους για μένα, τις φίλες μου και την ομάδα που με ετοίμασε (μακιγιάζ, μαλλιά κ.λπ.), ενώ η αισθητική του σπιτιού έδωσε τέλειο φόντο για τις φωτογραφίες της προετοιμασίας. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου – ή μάλλον, σαν πριγκίπισσα! Δεν θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ καλύτερο μέρος για να ξεκινήσει η πιο σημαντική μέρα της ζωής μου. Ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! 💕

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με θέα στον Παρθενώνα και την ακρόπολη ! Πεντακάθαρο , εφοδιασμένο κατάλληλα , οργανωμένο και το τζακούζι πολύ χαλαρωτικό !

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.
