Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

The View is nestled in the midst of the Cornish countryside, a dream location to stay in whether you just need time out to relax, to read, write, paint, watch nature or just study the stars at night. The View is also ideally situated for couples or families to explore Cornwall, with it's picturesque beaches, walks, cycle paths and variety of activities. The View has easy access to the A30.

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Enjoy the views inside the hut, sit on the decked veranda or relax inside the recently added seating/dining pod & cook using the new outdoor kitchen. Discreetly sited, yet encapsulating views of the World Heritage Site. Close to all Bodmin Moor attractions, yet also not far from Looe, Polperro, Tintagel, Padstow or the Eden Project.
