OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

Guest house with charm "Le clos d'Emilion"

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

AbO - L'Atelier

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

The Larrec's Small Harbour

A nice and big cottage (1600sqft or 150sqm) able to welcome small groups up to 10-12 people, ideally located in a green and quiet area. Our guests will enjoy there the proximity of Bordeaux city as well as the Atlantic beaches around. The cosy and quiet environment will also invite them to discover the famous "Sauternes" vineyard.
