Our stay was great, the location is just perfect, in walking distace the down towen, whole place is clean and nice, the family is friendly, helpful and welcoming.The only problem is that nobody has spoken english ( Lari's daughet was responding to the airbnb messages and she was not there during our stay ). But this is the problem in the whole city ( really few english speaking people). I really recommend to learn some basic Russian before travelling there. Nevertheless some languge barrier we felt good at Lari's place, she provides maps and leaflets about the area and does her best to make you feel like at home. Highly recommended:)

Spacious room in a family house, ambient temperature with heating and AC available, small kitchen also available. Even though I felt completely safe it should be mentioned that the room was not lockable. Everything perfectly clean, very welcoming host, location very convenient if you arrive by train, city centre about 1 km, supermarket directly across the road.

The flat is very well located. Host was waiting for us and made sure we felt comfortable at her place. A good place to stay for two/three days.

Great host, offered us tour around the most interesting places in Kutaisi region. Place is located close to city center. Hosts are really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, sharing a lot of information about the region

Mrs. Nino's house is stylish, you'll feel like a castle. Clean, spacious, stylishly furnished. But the biggest treasure is inside, and that's Mrs. Nino. A very empathetic, kind person, and when you have the opportunity to communicate with her, which I had, we discussed different aspects of life in Georgia. Mrs. Nino was also helpful to address all the things I needed to know about Kutaisi and the surrounding area, as well as my departure. Nino was the best host I've met on my way to Georgia. Thank you so much Nina and I recommend everyone to stay with her.

Stayed for a few days with the dog. The house exceeded all expectations, even better in life than in the photos! Lovely veranda, wonderful garden🙌🏽 Around is very quiet. There is a grocery store nearby. The hostess is very responsive and friendly. I'll 100% recommend this home

Anna is an excellent host, all the details were correct, it was a very well thought out and in addition quiet location. We were very well guided and would book directly again. To find the apartment, the point of view is displayed correctly, but the address provided is not found by a taxi driver. Be sure to tell the taxi driver or the navigation street: Tsereteli 160 this number can be found for everyone and exactly opposite the number 160 is the side street to this property.

Nice area! Jaba wasn't there a we arrived, but his lovely neighbours took care of us, gave us a wine tasting and was wonderful hosts for us! Great experience

The owner Bagrat and his family are lovely people, welcome guests, the house is comfortable, spacious, great location. There is a place for a car. I am very glad that I stayed in Bagrat's house and thank him for his hospitality.

Good place, nice host

Important thing: from owners words, it’a not renting the full house, it’a about getting a room in the house corresponding to the number of people coming. In 2 days owner notified us that there will be his family. There were no problems with them - they were coming rarely and helping us with some house-related questions Also, we were renting the apartment for the new year celebration, and it was cold inside on 30-31 Dec. It looks like there was a lack of the gas in a whole city. Later everything was fine The apartment is super cosy - a lot of place to sit, so much cooking things for a big company, fireplace and barbecue So, definitely recommend this place, but be aware about the details

Everything is just perfect. The accommodation is comfortable and well located. The host is very wellcoming.

Very hospitable family, it was really great to get acquainted with them! Very nice and clean room, it looks exactly the same as on photo! The area is quiet, there were no issues while sleeping with open windows. At the same time it is quite close to the center. There are mini market and bakeries just 50 meters away where you can buy some food.

The house needs cleaning. There were a lot of live and dead cockroaches. And also bats were flying inside. We had a blast because we felt we were sleeping in a haunted house: and it was halloween 🎃.
