Great place with lovely hosts. Uliana is a great hostess and can make an excellent meal, better than at any restaurant we tried in Kutaisi so definitely worth a try, just ask in advance. We stayed with our baby under one years old for six weeks and had everything we needed, crib, high chair and they even installed a baby swing on the porch which was covered in grape leaves and beautiful. The terrace is the best, very open and green, but we were there in August and early September so usually it was way too hot to enjoy for us northerners, get outside and have your coffee and breakfast early before the heat. We didn’t have a car so we would either take a bolt or go with the hosts into town when they were going to get groceries for the week, sometimes it took a while for a bolt to respond so keep that in mind you do need to drive to get to any stores but there are also taxi apps too and it wasn’t an issue.

Wat a great place. Parking in front of the house,centrally located but not noizy during the night. Borjomi is a nice village and offers many good opportunities to see Vardzia and Rabati castle. Ruso thanks for a great stay!

In general the apartment is great and beautiful to stay in, so is the Management mate Eka. She's doing a great job and is very helpful. At time of arrival the host became unfriendly and unpolite. George didn't let us talk at all on the (many) phones calls & messages we did with him and only shut on us that it's his mistake and he's sorry but he has to charge us more now & wanted to cancel the reservation if we don't pay more. He repeated his self many times without listening to us. When we said that we'd only pay the price that we booked his apartment for on airbnb he said, he put the wrong price in Airbnb for 2 persons and charged us additional money in cash after check in (even though it's HIS mistake, not ours) so we couldn't check in for 1,5h and sit outside trying to figure out with him. In the end without the hidden price increase we had a great stay and lovely time in Borjomi and Bakuriani and want to thank you very much. All the best to you, George.

My family and i felt like we are staying at a friend house. She and her husband was so nice and kind. They realy take care of us. We are greatfull and if we visit Kutaisi again no doubt we stay here.

Very convenient to downtown Kutaisi. Nice apartment, everything was as described. The host is wonderful and very helpful.

The apartment is outstanding, surpassing the photos. Everything was spotless and well-organized, featuring absolutely everything we needed during our stay. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated, boasting exquisite furniture and tasteful decorations. While not very close to the city center, convenient bus access is available directly in front of the building. Alternatively, it’s a brief 8-minute walk to the bus station. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us in locating the place and providing transportation information. Staying here was a great experience; it’s a fantastic accommodation choice in Kutaisi.

Had a wonderful stay at Svetlana’s place. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she takes great pride in her home. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with everything a guest could need. The location was perfect—just a couple of minutes’ walk from all the best spots downtown. I didn’t need a taxi the entire time I was there (except to the bus station when I left with my luggage) because everything was so easily accessible on foot. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kutaisi who wants to feel both cared for and perfectly situated.

The greatest place with the most attentive host! We enjoyed homemade food and drinks, and the setting was truly heavenly with stunning views, calm surroundings, and pristine, pollution-free air. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, and the surrounding area is perfect for walking and exploration. The apartment has everything, it's cozy. Convenient layout: the living room, bedroom, and kitchen have a separate entrance from the hallway. It's very quiet and you can sleep well. Good location, there are several shops nearby, the central park is nearby.
