Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison toscane où Elena nous a accueillis avec bonne humeur et une grande gentillesse. Merci à elle! Le logement (un appartement dans une maison qui en compte 2) est fidèle à la description et bien agencé pour une famille de 5 comme la nôtre (3 enfants de 10 à 5 ans). La piscine (pas trop chaude!) est un vrai plus car il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour! Elle est nettoyée chaque matin avec discrétion. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec Primo le petit chat et profiter du grand jardin. Nous avions peur que la promiscuité avec les autres locataires soit un problème (bruits des enfants dans la piscine) mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Par chance, nous n’avions pas les mêmes horaires et tout s’est fait très naturellement 😉 Une info importante: chaque chambre possède son propre ventilateur, bien utile. Nous conseillons également de laisser les fenêtres et portes ouvertes la nuit, pour profiter du vent qui souffle très agréablement le soir. Grazie Mille!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa a fine Aprile. Il posto è splendido, circondato dalla natura, silenzioso, con uno splendido giardino che circonda la casa.A circa un km ci sono panettiere, supermarket, macellaio, tutti i negozi che possono servire. Lorena è stata fantastica, ci hai aiutato in tutto, sia per trovare un ristorante per la Pasqua, sia come guida per i vari siti da visitare. La casa ha ogni confort, due zone living una al piano terra e una al primo piano, cucina abitabile con tavolo da 8. La casa è a circa un ora da Rimini per chi ama il mare. Per chi vuole visitare le città d arte a meno di 45 minuti ci sono: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Soggiorno stupendo, grazie ancora Lorena.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia estupendos. La casa es grande , cómoda y silenciosa. La localización es ideal para explorar la Toscana en coche. Pistoia es una ciudad grande con todos los servicios y tiene un centro histórico maravilloso. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

The house is as you see it in the pics, amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fully renovated. There is everything you need in the kitchen Including kitchen towels, cups, wine glasses and plates. The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine and there is a grill for a barbecue. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I could definitely recommend this villa to anybody that is looking for a quiet stay and still be close to very touristy Florence.

just wanted to share how much I loved my time at this beautiful place. We were a family of 11 adults, and the house was perfect for a big group like ours. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and everything you’d hope for in Tuscany. The swimming pool was one of our favorite spots, offering an amazing panoramic view of the nearby town—just breathtaking. Our host, Tatiana , was extremely kind and welcoming. One morning, we were surprised with a delicious selection of Italian pastries for breakfast—a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our stay even more special. It’s also a great place for children, with plenty of outdoor space and a safe, relaxing environment. I would absolutely recommend this stay to families or large groups looking for a memorable Tuscan escape. I’d definitely come back!

La pace della natura, la tranquillità della zona ad 1 ora da Bologna. Tutto pulito , ordinato. la location è perfetta per chi cerca un posto dove rilassarsi, divertirsi e "staccare la spina".

We had a wonderful visit to Pistoia at Paolo's place! Everything went well and Paolo was very friendly and helpful. Paolo even picked us up from the train station and drove us into town the next morning. Remember to rent a car so you can get around. The house and garden were really beautiful and peaceful and the bed was comfortable. We would love to come again!

Place was wonderful and so was Nick.Called him twice and was extremely responsive. Cantagrillo is a charming town . We used it as our base and travelled about in Tuscany to 10 other towns and cities. The home is charming, and well furnished and maintained. Nick is a great host and would easily recommend the property. The Photos represent the home perfectly. Ciao!!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We were a group of 32 with young to older childern. What a wonderfull stay. The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and was always ready to help with questions or recommendations, writing often about interesting events, markets and towns to visit. She also gifted us 2 Evening meals which were both very tasty. The House was amazing, had everything we needed, was clean and had a lot of space. One could see that a lot of love and thought went into this house. The Location is beautiful, in a very small town in the hills of Toscany, 10 min from Pratovecchio which has a large grocery, petrolstation and smaller cafès. If you want to relax, enjoy the food, wine and countryside Toscany has to offer, this is the place for you. There is really nothing negative we can say about our stay there. The House and Hostess were amazing.

Vi var en familie på 11, de store soveværelsene med mange bad fungerte veldig bra. Mange oppholdsrom og plass til alle i spisestuen. Gammelt og interessant hus med nydelig utsikt dag og natt. Deilig pool-område. Godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet. Greit å komme seg til byen med buss. Må ta buss for å komme til en skikkelig matbutikk. God oppfølging og hjelp gjennom både bestillingsprosess og opphold fra vertens side. Vi hadde en flott uke i Villa Acacia. Kan anbefales

Il Fienile del Poggiolo era proprio come l'avevo immaginato dopo aver visto le foto: un luogo incantato, di pace e bellezza. Uo spazio esterno curatissimo e ricco di fiori e piante dove indugiare fra cibo, chiacchiere e buone letture; la piscina - un gioiello azzurro in una distesa di verde - a due passi da casa e il fienile, ambiente rustico ma curatissimo, perfettamente in linea con la tradizione delle coloniche toscane. Una settimana di relax assoluto a godere della campagna e del cielo stellato! Maria Luisa è stata una host accogliente e discreta, gentilissima e sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Grazie!

Gran casa, bonita y confortable a un paso de Florencia con insuperables vistas

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

Zwei schöne Wochen. Großartige/ruhige Lage. Riesiges Grundstück (> 50.000 qm) mit eigenem Olivenhain, kleinen Gemüsegarten, vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Großer Pool (rd. 20x15m). Typisch toskanisches Haus (viel Holz/traditionelles Geschirr). Relativ neuen Bädern und schöner Küche. Mückengitter. Spülmaschine lief nach Auffüllung von Klarspüler/Salz durch uns auch wieder. Supermärkte ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. 100m entfernt empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Wir fühlten uns bei Fernando wie zu Hause. Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Himmlische Ruhe. Anmerken muss man (uns hat es nicht gestört). In der ersten Woche sind unangemeldet nur die Gärtner, der Pool Boy, der Imker und zweimal die Eltern der Vermieterin auf dem Grundstück gewesen. Diese wohnen direkt neben dem Haus. In der zweiten Woche sind die Eltern (inkl. Haushälterin) dann komplett da gewesen. Liebe und ruhige Leute, welche man wenig mitbekommen hat. Erneuern sollte man die beiden Poolliegen und die beiden Poolstühle. Danke 🙏

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase in traumhafter Umgebung/Natur. Genau das Richtige, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, Andrea!

Guido ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Hauptvilla hat drei Zimmer mit großen Queensize Betten und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten, dazu gibt es fünf Badezimmer. In einem Extrahaus gibt es nochmal ein Doppelbett mit Bad, jedoch deutlich älter als das Haupthaus und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind absolute Highlights zusammen mit dem super gepflegten Garten! Wir konnten nachts Glühwürmchen sehen. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt eher schlicht und und alles hätte sauberer sein können. Sonst super :) Danke Guido P.S.: Internet funktioniert nur im Haupthaus

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa — it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The house, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning and incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Giulia is an amazing host: warm, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!
