Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Imst District

The place was just great! Everything you need was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly accommodation. There were even high chairs, a changing table, a baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband always had an open ear for questions. A clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

Very nice stay, friendly and accommodating hosts, beautiful area, accommodation extremely clean and hygienic, everything great. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be happy to come back!

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the house. Everything you need for daily life and more was available. We went on many excursions, on every mountain plateau there was something for children to discover, e.g. the Murmelpark, this is a large water playground. The Hochzeiger is very close and there is also a great water park. We also hiked the Stuibenfall and there were also many paths for our bikes. All excursion destinations are very easy to reach and a dream for children (and adults) Great hospitality. We'll be back.

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Absolutely wonderful accommodation in the magnificent Alpine landscape. Beautiful and spacious apartment, good beds. Doris was kind and we felt really welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely come back if we travel to Bavaria again!

Absolutely amazing apartment! Perfect kitchen and living room, beautiful balcony, and delightful hosts! Good location for accessing skiing and snowboarding in winter (by bus). The washing machine is very useful, and the bread delivery service was extra special! Made us feel right at home!

Great vacation apartment with the best hostess. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled - everything you could need is there, and there are excursion tips to go with it. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, very clean, the roof terrace is very large and invites you to eat outside or relax. The location is optimal, many hiking trails start from the apartment, there is also a large thermal bath in the village, Sölden is not far away. There are outdoor swimming pools and bathing lakes everywhere and a wide range of hiking opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation!!!! Thank you!!! We'd love to come back:-)

We had a wonderful time at Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd for letting us spend such a great time with you.

We had a beautiful stay at Stefanie’s. The studio was well designed and equipped and we felt very comfortable as well as private. The outdoor grassed area, again private, gave us the opportunity to relax outside and soak up the magnificent view. Stefanie allowed us to pick some cherries and herbs from the garden which was a nice touch as we cooked in a couple of nights. We also had a recommendation for Daniel’s restaurant just across the street and had a super meal there one night. With plenty of activities in the area the stay was all we had hoped for.

Lukas and Sonja's apartment exceeded our expectations. It was the cleanest Airbnb we've been to so far and we felt very comfortable. Everything was taken care of and the kitchen was also very well equipped. Even our dog got a treat and an extra towel. If you forgot to buy something, there was a small corner in the entrance area with food and utensils for a small price. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back.

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog has spent hours there unattended (there is still a wire fence behind the Thuja hedge). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper outskirts directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor swimming pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-round successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.
