Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Imst District

The place was just great! Everything you need was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly accommodation. There were even high chairs, a changing table, a baby bed and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband always had an open ear for questions. A clear recommendation for a family vacation in the mountains!

Very nice stay, friendly and accommodating hosts, beautiful area, accommodation extremely clean and hygienic, everything great. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be happy to come back!

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the house. Everything you need for daily life and more was available. We went on many excursions, on every mountain plateau there was something for children to discover, e.g. the Murmelpark, this is a large water playground. The Hochzeiger is very close and there is also a great water park. We also hiked the Stuibenfall and there were also many paths for our bikes. All excursion destinations are very easy to reach and a dream for children (and adults) Great hospitality. We'll be back.

The home stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and clean. Location was convenient and walkable to the surrounding restaurants and store. We stayed with a group of 7 for snowsports, and it fit our needs perfectly.

We had a wonderful and super interesting time in Nassereith and its surroundings. The landlady Manuela and her husband Walter are the warmest and most hospitable landlords we have ever met. Very helpful, friendly and nice, gave us many informative and helpful tips on the hikes and activities in the surrounding area, always equipped with maps and detailed tour descriptions. We felt completely cared for and warmly welcomed! The cozy little apartment had everything that can make a holiday for two perfect, the balcony with the view of the mountains and the valley was simply fantastic. Everything is super clean and cozy! We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed your lovely Airbnb home last week. The house was equipped with all comforts with a full kitchen and a nice bed. We were lucky that the weather was good all week, 25 degrees and more, and after the walks during the day we made wonderful use of the balcony. This was not deep but certainly wide and a fantastic view! We have visited many regions of Tyrol, several times, but this region around the Pitztal was simply amazing and we enjoyed the very varied walks. We enjoyed every day and we will definitely come back again.

We had a top holiday partly because of the luxury apartment. Beds are good, rain shower was wonderful. Very nice that there are bath towels, towels and tea towels, hair dryer and a good coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer can also be used. The ski bus stops almost at the door. The reception was very warm. We immediately booked the apartment for next year. It is highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay with the best service we could have wished for! We had a warm welcome and the appartement is even better, cleaner and bigger than on the pictures! Stefan is the most lovely host who lived his entire life in Fiss, so he can tell you a lot about the surroundings and he really made sure that we had the best time in every way possible. The appartement is very close to the slopes, restaurants and the bakery is in the same building. Would love to come back sometime!

We enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal, etc. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights in the area. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

The accommodation at Michael's corresponded to the photos and description. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious. Communication with Michael was excellent. I can definitely recommend this accommodation :-) The only small minus is the road not far from the house, from which cars can be heard.

We enjoyed sunny days in the beautiful apartment in the Inn Valley. You have a lot of excursion possibilities, beautiful swimming lake is not far, mountains right in front of the door, what more do you want? :)

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog has spent hours there unattended (there is still a wire fence behind the Thuja hedge). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper outskirts directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor swimming pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-round successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. A beautiful, clean apartment with a mountain view. We only had some difficulties with communication when we on our end were not really certain about our arrival time until the evening before we were supposed to arrive. It's a bit difficult to predict arrival time when you are going by car and have two small children. :) In the end Annemarie seemed very friendly and understanding. Thank you Annemarie!

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.
