Travel with my parents after the festival.Sunshine beach, clean room, there is a big shoppingmall just over a ten-minute walk.There is food from all over the world.Bring your own pool and artificial waves in the apartment.Small basketball.Music bars by the pool in the evening.Very relaxing with homemade cocktails while blowing the sea breeze, introduce friends next time.

We've stayed here for a numerous time and never did it disappoint. Looking forward to the next one :)

great location for those who are looking for night life in BGC. The room is great and perfect for group of friends and family. It would be perfect if there is drinking water per floor and not just on the ground floor tho. But overall the place is great and would definitely book it again.

Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

Had a great stay here! The place is perfect whether you’re just looking to relax or need a cozy spot for WFH. The location is super convenient—SM is just a few steps away, and the public market is literally across the street. Everything you need is within walking distance! We’ll definitely book again. Just a small suggestion: it would be awesome if the cookware gets an upgrade next time. A proper pan and pot would be a big plus, especially for guests who love cooking or are planning a longer stay. We had a great time staying in Cha's place. The place is perfect for a family of four. There's an alfa store nearby, like 3mins. walk and a drop-off/self service next to it. We never had a hard time getting a grab taxi going to MOA and a nearby mall in this peak season. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.

What we enjoyed most about our stay was the fact that it is pet friendly. We appreciate the hosts' thoughtfulness in providing pet supplies. They also promptly addressed our requests. It was a great and quiet place to stay, with many of surrounding restaurants. I simply wish the entire area could be finished soon, with more snap-worthy spots inside.
