*Lagi kamı nag bbook ng staycation ng bf ko kaya sobrang laging factor sa kanya ng complete ang kitchen. ♥️ * next is si tatay,🥺 first time namin na may mag instruct personal 😂 mostly kase self check in yung nabbook namin and sobrang genuine lang ni tatay while instructing. * nakapagpahinga po kami ☺️♥️

it's great place to stay , its worth it

Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

The internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for streaming shows during our downtime. The location was easy to find and made getting settled in super smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

My entire stay was awesome. The unit is elegantly designed. Everything is well maintained, clean, and feels brand new. The wifi is fast and reliable too. The building is relatively new as well, with hotel-like lobby, pool, and amenities. I can say that this listing is well worth it.

I was looking for a place where my daughter can study for her finals and we found Ms Cheree's place. Her unit was spotless clean and has a nice and calming view of the pool. Ms Cheree was very easy to talk to and patiently answered all of my inquiries. Check in and check out went smoothly.

The host was exceptionally friendly—always checking in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything, which gave a warm and welcoming vibe. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place others should try!

Well set up apartment that is easy to access in Alabang

The place was great esthetically. the room has everything that we needed for our stay, kitchen utensils ,bathroom toiletries and comfortable bed. Ms. Jennifer was very friendly ,helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this condo for anyone. God bless your business 😍

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 Kristine’s unit is superb! What you saw in the listing is what you get. From the entrance to the whole unit is really clean and organized. The lock is truly a smart lock, so you don’t need to worry about losing the key. The biggest plus factor is her trusted person Elvie, who comes to tidy up every other day. The host is easy to reach out and always concern about your stay if everything is okay. If I need a 1-bedroom accommodation again, I will definitely come back to this place.
