Apartment holiday rentals in Incarville

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie & Thierry’s comfortable and cozy apartment. The apartment is in impeccable condition, and the terrace provides a lovely way to enjoy the outdoors with privacy. Nathalie & Thierry were incredibly welcoming and very responsive to my messages. I had an unexpected medical issue come up during my stay, and they were caring and attentive. This was very comforting and reassuring. Thierry picked me up at and took me to the train station, which I really appreciated. No question I would stay here again. Fabulous in every way.

This was the first stop for us in a three stop trip while over to watch the MXGP in Ernèe. Lovely quiet area in what turned out to be a very nice town.

Very nice accommodation where you can feel good. We enjoyed the warm decoration that is identical to the presentation photos. In addition, the parking lot is nearby and shops are within walking distance. All that remains is to climb the stairs to discover the castle and its park. We recommend!

What a welcoming welcome in a beautiful location The apartment is top , spacious and clean. The garden is beautiful overlooking lots of greenery and a forest. There are steps down to get from the road to the apartment. That wasn't a problem for us, When our car didn't want to start, Jean Michel immediately helped with help, starter cables and his car battery. That was top notch !

We enjoyed the apartment so much!! Everything lovingly furnished, we once ate at home, cheese and cider with a view of the large tree in front of the house, beautiful!! Everything was in the immediate vicinity, grocery store just across the street, to the old Marche 5 min walk… The tip with the restaurant La Galerie was also great, the last evening there was a dream!! We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

In a quiet area, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, we discover Christophe's cottage and immediately fall under its spell. Very beautiful vegetation and beautifully flowered, a real pleasure for the eyes. Ideal place to recharge and discover the region. Thanks to Christophe who is a friendly host and who recommended some nice walks. To be repeated with the sun... We recommend this little cocoon.

The apartment has lots of charm. Located in a quiet area, under the roofs. The city center is quickly accessible on foot or by tram.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

Host was non-invasive but definitely wanted to make sure we had a great time. Very responsive. Location was fantastic. Walking distance from the train station and to all of the cathedrals and free museums, restaurants, shopping all of it. It's located within a medieval building, within a medieval town which is so fun. Clean, contemporary, included everything. If they don't have it, you don't need it! We had a really nice time and this home was a big part of that experience.
